Every Saturday, each inmate is entitled to two (2) free messages (one incoming, one outgoing). Simply go to the website sign up for an account, and make a minimum deposit of $5.00 + a one-time $1.50 setup fee, and you can send messages to your inmate for 50 cents each, and $1.00 per photo. Off-site visits may be done from a computer or cell phone for a fee of 0.16 (16 credits) per minute. There is no cost to visit on-site (at the jail facility). Only the person who registered as the visitor may visit.
